Deine Aufgaben
  • Als Mechatroniker / Monteur (m/w/d) ist die Fertigung von thermoelektronischen Heiz- und Kühlbaugruppen für den Laborautomationsbereich sowie deren Steuerungs- und Regeleinheiten deine Hauptaufgabe
  • Unter der Verwendung von Fertigungsunterlagen (Montageanleitungen, technische Zeichnungen) bist du für die Montage und Inbetriebnahme von mechatronischen Baugruppen in der Serienfertigung verantwortlich. Hierzu gehört auch die Herstellung mechanischer und elektrischer Verbindungen (Verschrauben, Löten, Crimpen sowie Kleben) sowie die fertigungsbegleitende Qualitätssicherung 
  • Durch deine Ideen bei Themen zur Produkt- & Prozessverbesserung kannst du aktiv mitgestalten
  • Die Instandhaltung von Prüf-, Hilfs- und Betriebsmitteln runden deine Tätigkeiten in unserer Produktion ab
Dein Profil
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Idealerweise hast Du erste Berufserfahrung in der Fertigung von Baugruppen sammeln können
  • Ein gutes technisches Verständnis, handwerkliches Geschick und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein zeichnen dich aus
  • Eine sehr sorgfältige, selbstständige Arbeitsweise ist für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit
  • Du bist Teamplayer mit Eigeninitiative und Hands-On-Mentalität und routiniert im Umgang mit dem PC und Microsoft-Office-Programmen

Your tasks
  • As a mechatronics fitter (m/f/d), your main task is the production of thermoelectronic heating and cooling assemblies for the laboratory automation sector as well as their control and regulating units
  • Using production documents (assembly instructions, technical drawings), you will be responsible for the assembly and commissioning of mechatronic assemblies in series production. This also includes the production of mechanical and electrical connections (screwing, soldering, crimping and gluing) as well as quality assurance during production 
  • You can actively contribute to product and process improvement through your ideas
  • The maintenance of testing, auxiliary and operating equipment complete your tasks in our production department


Your profile
  • You have a completed training in the field of mechatronics, electrotechnology or similar
  • Ideally, you have gained some work experience in the production of assemblies
  • You are characterized by a good technical understanding, manual dexterity and high quality awareness
  • You are a team player with a hands-on mentality and experienced in using a PC and Microsoft Office programs
  • You have at least basic German language skills
